🎯YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating and managing the project plan, risks, and project issues
  
• Co-participating in defining the business justification for projects
  
• Conducting business process analyses
  
• Supervising the budget, schedule, and allocated project resources
  
• Coordinating all activities within the project
• Working closely with project sponsors, business owners, analysts, subject-matter experts, and developers to effectively deliver solutions and changes
  
• Ensuring communication with project stakeholders
  
• Creating and maintaining project documentation
  
• Performing process analysis, optimizing processes, and organizing acceptance tests

💡WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Professional experience as an Project Manager (2+ years)
  
• Higher education degree (preferred fields: IT, technical disciplines, project management)
  
• Ability to work independently and managing the project
  
• Experience in implementing business support systems (ideally ERP, CRM, BI)
  
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and how to apply them in practice
  
• Knowledge of English & Polish: at least C1 level (a must)
  
• Strong team cooperation skills, engagement in company’s life and development

• PRINCE 2 certification
• PMI certification
